This painting is all about waiting patiently, quietly. There are times in our lives when we need to rest, rejuvenate and allow ourselves to just be. Swans evoke the thought of beauty yet also a sense of processing inwardly prior to emerging into our true selves our true magnificence.
About Denise Hoag
The love of Art began for Denise as a child; drawing on anything and everything. After four years of Fashion Design study, she began creating Wearable Art and teaching workshops on fun, rebellious sewing techniques. Denise's Wearable Art Garments have exhibited worldwide with the Bernina & Fairfield Fashion Shows. Denise then discovered a new love: painting with acrylics. She says: "Being free to paint feels like a bird being let out of a cage." So she freed her parakeets and they fly free with her in "The Soaring Peacock Studio". There she also shares her love with children teaching them Art and encouraging them to explore their creativity.
